Machining Capabilities
In addition to 5-axis simultaneous machining, the company also possesses professional 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers as well as CNC lathe centers, which flexibly meet diverse customer design requirements for prototype sampling and small-batch part production.
We have extensive machining experience across various metal materials (including but not limited to steel, aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium, zinc, etc.) and engineering plastics (including but not limited to POM, PC, PE, Nylon, PTFE, etc.). Additionally, we offer surface treatment and post-processing services, including but not limited to anodizing, electroplating, painting, powder coating, screen printing, laser engraving, heat treatment, and micro-arc oxidation, as well as product assembly and subsequent adjustment services—truly delivering a complete manufacturing solution from raw material to finished product.
