Surface Finishing Services for Machined Parts
We offer a complete range of surface finishing solutions for machined components. Whether you need corrosion protection, wear resistance, improved aesthetics, or functional marking – we have the right process for your material and application.
Aluminum Anodizing
An electro-chemical process that converts the aluminum surface into a durable, corrosion-resistant oxide layer.
Available types:
- Clear (natural) anodizing
- Hard anodizing (increased wear resistance)
- Color anodizing (black, red, blue, gold, etc.)

Black Oxide (Steel / Iron)
A chemical conversion coating that produces a black, matte finish on ferrous metals (steel, cast iron).
Benefits:
-Mild corrosion resistance (improved with oil/wax topcoat)
-Reduces light reflection – anti-glare
-No dimensional change – ideal for precision threads and fits
-Low cost and fast processing
-Gives a professional, uniform black appearance

Micro-Arc Oxidation (MAO) for Magnesium Alloys
A high-voltage plasma electrolytic process that forms a hard, dense, ceramic-like oxide layer on magnesium.
Benefit:
-Extremely hard surface (up to 1500–2000 HV)
-Superior wear and corrosion resistance (far better than anodizing or painting for Mg)
-Excellent thermal stability and electrical insulation
-Environmentally friendly – no heavy metals or strong acids
-Strong adhesion – no peeling or flaking

Painting
Application of liquid paint via spray gun or automated system, followed by curing (air dry or oven bake).
Available types:
- Solid colors (custom RAL/Pantone)
- Textured finishes
- High-gloss or matte
- Anti-static / conductive paint (for electronics shielding)
- High-temperature resistant paint
Benefits:
-Wide color and finish selection
-Good corrosion protection (combined with primer)
-Can fill minor surface imperfections
-Suitable for mixed materials (metal, plastic, composite) on same assembly
-Cost-effective for both prototypes and production

Laser Marking / Engraving
A high-energy laser beam creates permanent marks by altering surface color or removing a thin layer – without contact or tool wear.
Benefits:
-Permanent, wear-resistant markings
-No consumables or chemicals – very clean process
-Extremely fine detail – down to <0.1mm line width
-No mechanical stress or heat damage to the part
-High-speed and programmable for variable data
-Additional Finishing Options (Available on Request)

Other surface finishing: Passivation; Electropolishing; Zinc/Nickel Plating; Powder Coating; Alodine / Chromate; Brushing / Polishing ect.
No matter your material or performance requirement, the right surface finish transforms a machined part into a reliable, durable, and professional component. From corrosion protection to permanent marking – we deliver the perfect finish, exactly where it matters.
